"In short... We had a team meal for the Couserans Pyrénées tourist office one evening at the Chalet de Beauregard. We all knew the restaurant - renowned -, the chef Paul Fontvieille - renowned - (Editor's note: iconic chef of the gourmet restaurant "Le Carré de l'Ange" in Saint Lizier).
We had a good laugh when we saw the theme of that date and played the dress game of this "ugly sweaters" evening... We and the sixty or so guests, also arrived on site at more than 1600m altitude thanks to a snow groomer taxi! The atmosphere is magical outside, and very warm inside! The meal is delicious, the rhythm of the dishes and the entertainment is fluid and controlled, the team is both professional in the service and complicit in the general good atmosphere. We laugh, we dance, we applaud, we win the bottle of champagne since obviously we had the best ugly sweater team (OT Couserans Pyrénées " represents »!)… And we say to ourselves that there is still a real Pyrenean refuge atmosphere in Guzet! The descent in a snow groomer in the middle of the night is joyful. We really recommend it!
