“Based in the famous Bethmale valley, I have been perpetuating, since 1984, the tradition of making wooden gardener's clogs and the legendary Bethmale clogs with long, tapered tips.

I also offer decorative objects on the theme of the clog and make reproductions of traditional objects such as the lérou, the skimming spoon, the wooden distaff.

My company has received the "Living Heritage Company" label, recognizing rare expertise based on mastery of traditional techniques. The clogs and most of the objects I make have the "Savoir-faire du Parc naturel régional des Pyrénées ariégeoises" label.

The workshop-boutique is open all year round by appointment in the village of Aret-en-Bethmale.

In summer, it is open every day from 15 p.m. to 19 p.m., with a guided tour of the production facility on Tuesdays at 15 p.m. (€3).

Group tours by appointment all year round.
