Local traditions are very much alive, carried by centuries of know-how and mountain productions and, with all due respect to certain obtuse minds, they are also nourished by the successive arrivals of new inhabitants. All share an attachment to the land in the primary sense. And it returns the favor!

So come and stroll through the colorful aisles, smell the smells of spices or grilled meats, taste cheese, meat, cold meats or mountain honey – and just after eating a Vietnamese spring roll or a Lebanese sandwich – buy your vegetables or your small organic but above all local fruits, treat yourself with a piece of jewelry or a handmade soap, bring back an aloe vera for your home and so many other purchases to support a very real economy.
