Some addresses not to be missed during your visit to the Guzet resort
It's true that our resort is full of good places, and it's very pleasant when we have a small or big hunger. So while waiting for the opening of our human-sized resort, 20 December 2025 (tentative opening), we take this opportunity to give you some ideas for good restaurants, not to be missed, during your holidays in the Couserans.
Stop for lunch on the terrace or in the warmth by the fireplace at the famous Beauregard Chalet. Our altitude restaurant located on the slopes at an altitude of 1600 m, offers you a mountain cuisine with Ariège flavors! This emblematic place also owes its reputation to its famous lively evenings, with reservations required... because the transport to get there in the evening (and back down) remains quite legendary! We won't say more.
At Guzet 1400 on the snow front, you will find the restaurant the Refuge, who proudly wears a traditional kitchen made with local products. The terrace is perfect for après-ski, for a moment of sharing around a good homemade cocktail. Open every lunchtime and evening. Right next door, the Graillou is their local snacking address for eating on the go!
Are you more of a pizza person? The Pizza Barn prepares them generously for you, with a menu rich in suggestions based on products also frais that local (at the counter, on the terrace or to take away).
An irresistible craving for melted cheese? The Mountaineer's Shop offers your fondue or your raclette ready to take away (device and trim), for family dinner at home by the fire!
At Guzet 1500, the restaurant Le 2 shot, is renowned for its afternoon chocolates and mulled wines, but also for its tapas, dishes and shooters during festive evenings!
And at the Col de la Trappe – one of the best tobogganing spots in Couserans for children – come and relax In Souleillous, in a warm room to enjoy beautiful traditional cuisine or a good snack!
A new feature this year
The Certescan restaurant is reopening! Located at the foot of the slopes, discover delicious cuisine showcasing local produce, served either buffet-style or plated. It's the perfect place to enjoy a quick, tasty, and high-quality meal before heading back out onto the slopes and making the most of your day at the Guzet resort.
The restaurant also offers menus specially adapted for children, perfect for families looking for simplicity and conviviality.
