9 – Visit to the Peddlers' Museum 🧺

Formerly a general store dating back to the early 19th century, the Maison Souquet once welcomed peddlers from the Upper Salat valleys who came to stock up on supplies before their rounds. Remaining untouched for several decades after its closure, it has been restored and is now the Peddlers' Museum.

This must-see site offers an accessible and fun way to discover the economic life of the Haut-Salat region in the 19th and 20th centuries. An ideal visit to share with the family.
