Half-day snowshoe hike to discover the snow-covered mountains

Laurine invites you to one of the most beautiful sites in Ariège to share a friendly moment and wonderful discoveries with your family.

Fun descents and other games in the snow, exploration of the forest cover and observation of animal tracks will allow you to become familiar with snowshoeing.

Half-day snowshoe walk (9am-12pm), starting from LERS pond, allowing you to discover the snowy mountain and snowshoeing, as a family (from 7 years old), at your own pace and in a friendly atmosphere.

Every Thursday during the winter school holidays (all zones)

Additional Information :
Each person must have the following items:
- High-top, waterproof walking shoes (with gaiters),
- Winter hiking clothing, warm and waterproof (walking pants, fleece, jacket, hat and gloves),
- Sun protection: sunglasses (factor 3 min.) or ski mask, sunscreen,
- Backpack (20-30 L, not exceeding 4 to 6 kg),
- 1,5 liters of water minimum,
- Picnic and snacks (e.g. cereal bar, dried fruit, etc.), hot drink,
- Small pharmacy with personal treatment if needed, and mask and hydroalcoholic gel.

Anyone who, at the time of departure, has unsuitable clothing or equipment may be refused access to the hike.

IMPORTANT

Not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart problems or those with a medical condition that could cause complications when engaging in physical activity.
