Learn how to cook edible wild plants.
After a presentation of several seasonal wild plants, you will harvest and prepare your wild meal which you will share among trainees.

You will learn to recognize different edible wild plants that you can easily find near your home, that are easy to prepare, and for which there is no risk of confusion with a dangerous plant. You will prepare several small dishes to taste many plants, discover the ways to prepare them, and learn how to highlight their flavors. After sharing the meal, you will leave with the booklet containing the recipes you have made.

A two-hour walk is offered following the workshop, which will help you understand the criteria for recognizing plants, their uses, and the precautions for harvesting them. This walk is independent and requires specific registration.

Additional Information :
Bring clothing appropriate for the weather.
Training courses taking place on the same day can be taken independently or successively.
