Flora of the peaks – Oily macerates workshop

Learn how to make your own beauty and skincare oils. You'll learn how to extract the active ingredients from medicinal plants into oil, as well as the criteria for choosing your ingredients and the key elements for successful preparation.

You'll learn about the properties of different plants and oils. You'll then study the different steps involved in making a macerate and the keys to its success. Then, you'll select the preparation that best suits your needs and explore the plants in the field. Finally, you'll prepare your macerate, which you'll take home with you at the end of the day.

Additional Information :
Bring weather-appropriate clothing and something to take notes/photos with.
You can eat your picnic on site at the farm.
Training courses taking place on the same day can be taken independently or successively.
