Follow the trails to discover edible wild flora. Learn to recognize, identify, and use edible wild plants. The walk will conclude with a harvest and the preparation of a pesto that we will enjoy together.

Flore des cimes is an organic farm, created in 2014, located in the mountains on the heights of Massat and facing the Mont Valier range.
For two hours you will (re)discover edible wild plants.
You'll stay in the immediate vicinity of the farm and encounter wild plants growing in a variety of environments. I've chosen to introduce you to plants that are easily recognizable and won't be confused with toxic plants, plants that you can easily find near your home and that are also easy to prepare.
I will explain the harvesting precautions and the identification criteria for each plant. You will observe, touch, smell, and taste.
And finally, you will harvest the plant of your choice and prepare a pesto that we will taste together.

Additional Information :
Bring weather-appropriate clothing and something to take notes/photos with.
You can eat your picnic on site at the farm.
Training courses taking place on the same day can be taken independently or successively.
