Pyrenees Paradise

A hiker's paradise! Let's lace up our hiking boots or grab our snowshoes and head off on an adventure off the beaten track. I'll be delighted to tell you all about this wild and untamed corner of the Pyrenees. A real treat guaranteed!

I founded Pyrénées Paradise with the desire to share with you some of the hidden treasures of the Couserans and the Pyrenees. I will be your passionate local guide, holding the French State Diploma for Mountain Leaders. I know these mountains well, having explored them for many years. I promise to offer you wonderful days filled with breathtaking scenery and laughter, whether hiking, snowshoeing, or family adventures. Join me and let's create unforgettable memories together!

I offer various hikes, full day, half day, for all levels, from easy to advanced, in summer on foot and in winter on snowshoes.
Each time, the idea is to discover the mountain in its entirety. Through the body, by experiencing the trails and landscapes we traverse, and also through the mind, by discussing the life of these mountains. We explore themes such as the fauna and flora specific to the mountains, and we can also talk about the women and men who have inhabited and still inhabit these places steeped in history.

I also offer family activities such as a scripted and staged treasure hunt/orienteering race that takes us through the mountains and helps us overcome challenges while having fun.

I also offer hikes with more specific themes, such as the birds of prey in our mountains or forest life, or more challenging hikes with pre-defined objectives such as a lake, a summit, or a viewpoint.

I also offer multi-day mountain trips with nights spent in mountain huts or bivouacs.
I also love sharing places I particularly cherish. I offer immersive stays in "the wild," meaning remote locations far from the beaten track. Some of these stays, located on the other side of the Ariège region, are accessible by train from all over France.

And of course, in winter, I take you snowshoeing to explore the snowy plateaus.
