Panoramic climb: The Red Peak of Bassiès

Located on the edge of the Ariège region, between Couserans and Vicdessos, this 2,676-meter granite peak is reached via a demanding route through a high-mountain, rocky landscape. We will enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area almost the entire way. Numerous lakes dot the route, notably the Bassiès lakes, a series of lakes that are particularly magnificent.

Departure 8am (Coumebière Plateau, Aulus-les-Bains) – Return around 17pm
