Transhumance in Bethmale – Lunch

In the Bethmale valley, the transhumance festivals are the two-day accompaniment of the herds of cows, sheep and horses belonging to the Couserans breeders as they ascend to the summer pastures of Bethmale.

On the menu :
Shepherd's Soup,
Grilled lamb from transhumant herders,
Potato and mushrooms
Bethmale Valley Cheese,
Croustade.

Wine and coffee included
Reusable plates, cutlery and cups printed with "Transhumance en Bethmale" are provided.

Meal eaten on the grass (no seating)
The meal takes place outdoors, there are no chairs, it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility, and animals are not allowed.
