The Coop' Cheese Shop offers direct sales of PDO and PGI cheeses (Bleu d'Auvergne, Fourme d'Ambert, Cantal, St Nectaire, Comté, Brie de Meaux, Munster, Ossau Iraty, Tomme des Pyrénées…), as well as cheese specialties made from milk collected outside the PDO or PGI area (Carré d'Aurillac, Saint Herbleu, Duo royal, Tomme de Brebis, Mixte 3 laits…)
The cheeses offered in our shops reflect our local terroir; they are the result of the collective work of our farmers, cheesemakers, and affineurs. Proud of our cooperative model, we value local milk, collected near our facilities, to create delicious, healthy, and responsibly produced cheeses.
