In the Pyrenees, in the heart of Ariège, a unique know-how endures thanks to Sylvie, Nicolas, Ingrid, Rachid, Karine and many others! A small team of about twenty passionate people who passionately make and refine our Bethmale.
Since the opening of the cheese factory in 1996, we have been committed to continuing the production and maturation of a cheese with a good taste, generous and authentic, in a place with a preserved terroir.
Our cheese dairy in La Core cultivates the perfect balance between indulgence and simplicity, with cheeses made from different types of milk (cow, goat, sheep), sometimes blended together for daring combinations. This diverse selection will surely allow you to find the cheese that's right for you!
