Hike starting from the last hamlet of Bethmale which joins Lake Bethmale on a round trip.

Please note: the loop route is not passable from September 1 to December 31, 2025 on the alternative section of the GR10E due to cable logging in this area.

Road access:
From the Castillon en Couserans Tourist Office, take the D4 towards SENTEIN then 2 km on the left take the D17 towards Col de la Core. 5 km away, take the AYET junction, then park in the car park at the exit of the village (be careful, the village is very narrow!)

From the car park, return towards the village and take the road which goes down to the left then you cross the stream to take the track opposite.
