Snowshoe hike departing from the Guzet station with resplendent viewpoints
Departure is from the Guzet 1500 car park in case of snow.
This snowshoe trail offers magnificent views of the Pyrenees mountain range and is very pleasant to do in winter because it is sunny. However, you must be careful when crossing the connecting ski slope. When you arrive at the Col d'Escots, you can eat on site at the Chalet de Beauregard, which offers traditional and seasonal cuisine. Remember to book.
Additional Information :
Bring snowshoes for greater ease when hiking.
In the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, dogs must be kept on a leash due to the presence of herds and to protect wildlife.
