This introductory course is designed for a first discovery of the trail. The first part has little elevation gain and runs along the river.
A few rounded stones allow you to work on the supports. The Pas d'Enfer steep slope teaches you how to negotiate steep slopes. Don't hesitate to walk to conserve your breath during the climb. The return to the village is via the gently descending forest track: this is an opportunity to lengthen your stride. Complete the route several times if you want to train for longer without going far from the village.
