5 good reasons to delegate your ticketing to the Tourist Office

  • We take care of everything! (except for the entrance check at the time of the show): frees up time ​to invest in other actions,
  • Communication, information, reception and sales within the OT offices,
  • Irrigation of the entire Couserannais territory with points of sale in all offices,
  • Printing tickets purchased online and also directly at the OT points of sale: avoids the complexity of operating with stub books ;​
  • A team ready to listen and adapt ticketing as much as possible to your event : for example, reserving seats on a map for the RITE dinner-show, from the various offices with the implementation of an interactive file created by the OT team.

3 types of ticketing available to you

1- Ticket sales simple for your ticket offices for shows, concerts, meals, events, etc.: collection, edition/printing of tickets, edition of a list, etc.
Tickets are sold at all our information desks at the counter, but also online through our Ingénie system on our website, or remotely by telephone using our EFT terminals.

Under what conditions?

  • Be a partner of the Couserans Pyrénées Tourist Office
  • Establish a prior agreement for each ticket office: it's quick, but think about it at least 1 or 2 months before the date, in order to optimize communication time afterwards! Agreement template here.
  • The Tourist Office collects, taking one euro from each ticket sold. The agreement, particularly through its annexes, allows for agreement on all conditions, including repayment deadlines.

2- Sale of tickets and services for your supervised outings (mountain guides for example): payment, printing of tickets, editing of a list, etc.
The different VAT regime justifies the distinction with the sale of single tickets.

Tickets are sold in all our information offices at the counter, but also online thanks to our Engineering system on our website, or even remotely by telephone thanks to our EFT terminals.

Under what conditions?

  • Be a partner from the Couserans Pyrenees Tourist Office
  • Establish a prior agreement for each ticket office: it's quick, but think about it at least 1 or 2 months before the date, in order to optimize communication time afterwards! Agreement template here.
  • The Tourist Office collects, taking 10% of each ticket sold. The agreement allows for agreement on all conditions, including payment deadlines.

3- Taking reservations only: editing a listing, no sale.

Under what conditions?

  • Be a partner of the Couserans Pyrénées Tourist Office
  • Establish a prior agreement for each ticket office: it's quick, but think about it at least 1 or 2 months before the date, in order to optimize communication time afterwards! Agreement template here.
  • The OT does not collect payments and does not take any commission.
  • This service is reserved for small associations or individuals, limited to 5 times per year – and with a limited number of places.

  • Katy and Eva will send you the agreements, annexes and list of items to be sent (prices, photos, detailed description, RC certificate, RIB, etc.)
  • When all the documents are validated, Katy and Eva configure everything and communicate the information to all the other OT services.
