The Bike Welcome label

The national Accueil Vélo brand guarantees a quality welcome and services along cycle routes and loops.

This label is accessible to accommodation, bicycle rental companies, bicycle repairers, restaurants, tourist offices, and tourist or leisure sites, provided they are located less than 5 km from a cycle route.

Prerequisites may vary depending on the different providers, so it is recommended to check the practical guide.

The certification process begins with the candidate's pre-registration followed by a telephone interview with the network facilitator. An appointment is then made for a monitoring visit carried out by the tourist office's quality representative. During this visit, compliance with mandatory and optional criteria is verified.

If the mandatory criteria are met, a commitment agreement is signed. The candidate organization must pay €300 for a three-year certification.

Once certified, the candidate receives the Accueil Vélo logo and tourist documents.
