Nestled between park and forest, just 5 km from Saint-Lizier and Saint-Girons, Pan Demeure is a unique hybrid space in Ariège. This estate combines the prestige of a historic building with the conviviality of a hostel. Whether you are a solo traveler, a couple, or a group, the spirit of the place remains the same: sharing, nature, and freedom.

Your accommodation options: From 1 to 12 people in the Hostel in the Residence section (up to 25 beds with the addition of the Zazous Tour building)

Our two independent structures can be rented separately or together for your groups and events:

The Manor House (1 to 12 people): The historic charm of a reimagined family home. Enjoy generous living spaces, large adjoining lounges, and spacious bedrooms, whether you're traveling alone or in a group. Need more space? The choice is yours... The Zazous Wing & The Tower (13 people): An "arty" and convivial loft-style atmosphere complemented by a unique tower for a bird's-eye view.

The Hostel Experience (Individuals, Couples & Groups): Book your overnight stay and enjoy our common areas. You have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen for self-catering, or you can opt for our organic and locally sourced meal plans.

The Rooms of "The Residence": A building with dimensions from another century. Inside, you'll find a very large living room and a smaller adjoining sitting room, offering exceptional character and ample space for everyone. The three spacious bedrooms and generous ceiling heights guarantee unparalleled comfort, even for large groups.

The Gourmet & Friendly Spirit

Table d'hôtes: Organic and local dinners served in large family-style dishes (by reservation).

Flexible Packages: Gourmet breakfast, picnic basket or full board at an affordable price.

Customized activities available on the estate for groups by reservation.
