L'Escaleta Hostel

A beautiful late 19th-century building, the Escaleta is a hotel, café, and restaurant all in one. We work as a family and are committed to welcoming you in a warm and friendly atmosphere, whether for a coffee or a longer stay!

Ideally located in the center of the village of Seix, in Ariège, the Escaleta has 10 rooms that can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
Coffee all day, at lunchtime the hostel transforms into a restaurant, where we offer 2 daily specials with a vegetarian option. Everything is homemade and as much as possible with local producers! In the evening, from 18 p.m. to 20 p.m. we offer an assortment of tapas varying according to the seasons, always homemade, of course! For our guests, we offer a sweet or savory breakfast served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., for groups of at least 8 people staying at the hostel we can offer half-board (by reservation only, €33 excluding drinks). Are you traveling by bike? We have a room to accommodate your bikes and tools available if needed!
