Day 1: Foraging and cooking workshop in the mountains

In the Massat region, at the heart of an environmentally friendly mountain agroecological farm, discover wild harvesting and the processing of spring plants.
Follow the trails to discover edible wild flora. You'll learn how to recognize, identify, and use these wild plants to eat them raw, and learn how to cook them to share a unique, convivial meal.

Day 2: Storytelling Walk

The next day, approach the plant world in a new way during a guided and narrated walk to discover the intimacy of plants and their fantastic stories...

Accommodation at the Las Paouses gîte, perched above the Massat valley and inviting you to a peaceful interlude between nature and silence.
