Couserans is renowned for its production of Pyrenees tomme cheese … and it would be a crime to miss out on it.

For your romantic dinner we offer two options: a good restaurant a stone's throw from your charming accommodation... or for a more intimate and participatory option: make it yourself with a local cheese!

• Restaurant L'Estanquet is a good address, where you can awaken your taste buds in complete tranquility. Their homemade recipe, with a few mystery ingredients, makes all the difference. One thing is sure, you won't leave on an empty stomach!

4 – Picturesque villages

Come and discover the rich heritage of Couserans.

These diverse cultural sites will take you on a journey through their historical narrative . Lose yourself in the narrow streets of these enchanting villages to discover the treasures they have hidden for centuries.

5 – The finale

Impress your sweetheart and escape to the Couserans region in the early evening to watch the sunset . Bring a good pair of gloves and something to sit on to fully enjoy this moment of contemplation.
