How about sitting down at the table for savor a fondue of local cheeses ?

Couserans is renowned for its production of Pyrenean cheese…and it would be a crime to miss it.

For your romantic dinner we offer two options: a good restaurant a stone's throw from your charming accommodation... or for a more intimate and participatory option: make it yourself with a local cheese!

• Restaurant L'Estanquet is a good address, where you can awaken your taste buds in complete tranquility. Their homemade recipe, with a few mystery ingredients, makes all the difference. One thing is sure, you won't leave on an empty stomach!

4 – Picturesque villages

Go and discover the heritage wealth from Couserans.

These different cultural sites you will travel through their historical account. Lose yourself in the alleys of these enchanting villages, to find the treasures that they have been hiding for years.

And to not miss any of these nuggets, we give you two ideas sites not to be missed:

• The village of Seix and his castle,
• The city of Saint-Lizier.

5 – The finale

Impress your lover, and get away, early evening, to meet the sunset in the Couserans. Take a good pair of gloves and something to sit on to enjoy this moment of contemplation.
