With friends or family, fly above the clouds in a "cuckoo" flight, then set off to discover the emblematic birds of the Pyrenees and edible wild plants (and above all, learn how to cook them!)!
Day 1: Discovering the Couserans between sky and earth
Optionally, and depending on the weather, take to the skies and fly away flying over the Pyrenees!
After heaven, we return to earth...
On an agroecological farm with a breathtaking view of the Massat valleys, go and harvest seasonal wild plants, then, learn how to cook them to share a 100% local and ecological meal!
Day 2: Discovering the local wildlife
The next day you will leave for a hikes dedicated to the discovery of the emblematic birds of the Ariège mountains, to better understand the Bearded Vulture, the golden eagle, the griffon vulture or common raven.
