Ready to savor the moment? Treat yourself to a getaway where each outing awakens your senses and brings back the true taste of our mountains.
Day 1

In the morning, head to the Saint-Girons market. Here, an explosion of colors and aromas greets you, amidst stalls overflowing with mountain cheeses, golden croustades, and generous slices of millas, a corn dessert with hints of yesteryear. Treat yourself to a taste of liver sausage, a culinary treasure of Ariège.
Do all your shopping for a local picnic then head to the Col d'Ayens for a bucolic banquet!
In the afternoon, head to the Ayens Pass for a digestive stroll with superb panoramas. Two easy 1-hour loops await you – to be done separately or together, as you wish. For early risers, a magnificent 30-hour loop (the Erp and Soulan loop) also starts from the pass… provided you have the whole day ahead of you, and a picnic in your bag!

You can put down your suitcases for a night in a guest room with swimming pool in Aleu: The BernadolaThey also offer table d'hôtes in the evening!
Day 2

To start this second day, we're off to a wild cooking workshop with Treetop FloraHike, pick, and enjoy! Explore the flora and edible wild plants and cook a home-cooked meal overlooking the vastness of the Pyrenees. A delicious and surprising experience, close to nature!
On your way, take the opportunity to say hello to our producers at the Souègne farm, producer of buffalo meat.

To round off this beautiful weekend, a little road trip to start the return journey at a leisurely pace. Four must-see stops: the Col de la Crouzette for the breathtaking view, the Milles farm, a Valeurs Parc brand, for its goat cheese, Clermont to taste paradise with meringues cooked over a wood fire (the best!) or croustades at Michel's…, and the Mas d'Azil, for the fun of driving through a prehistoric cave!
