An exceptional 8-bedroom villa nestled in the heart of a private, wooded 3 m² estate, right between Saint-Lizier and Saint Girons in Ariège. Offering a peaceful setting yet close to amenities, it's the ideal location for families, groups, and cycling or nature enthusiasts.

~ LOCATION ~
We chose this exclusive building for our Skycircuitvelo cycle touring company, in a perfect location:
- a short walk from the centers of Saint Lizier and Saint Girons and their restaurants, shops, and markets. You won't need your car, except to access high mountain sports or to visit other nearby attractions.
- at the epicenter of an incredible range of road/gravel cycling circuits, including dozens of historic Tour de France stages, and just minutes from an exceptional cycle route. And of course a paradise of touring routes, See Skycircuitvelo for details of all the road bike climbs you can access from the front door.
- A one minute walk to a local shopping area including a large supermarket, a sought after cheese merchant, an artisan ice cream maker, and the main local jam/biscuit maker.

~ EQUIPMENT ~
- Skycircuitvilla is fully equipped for cycling groups with a large, secure, furnished garage and tools at your disposal.
- Private parking for at least 5 vehicles via an automatic entrance gate
- Fast fiber Wi-Fi, with a new connected TV
- Games room (with central heating for enjoyment during the winter months), including a pool table (convertible into ping-pong), table football, and air hockey.
- The house is completely independent and surrounded by the land.
- Above ground pool for the summer months.
- New (Dec 24) hotel quality bedding/mattresses/duvets/pillows
- Central heating.

~ LAYOUT ~
Skycircuitvilla is spread over 3 floors, 120m2 per floor, with 8 bedrooms (the 8th exclusively for groups of 14/15):

At the entrance level we have:
- Two large bedrooms (one convertible double bed in each room = two single beds if you wish).
- A single bedroom
- A newly renovated bathroom without a toilet
- Independent WC
- A large living/dining room which opens onto our magnificent raised south-facing terrace
- Fully equipped kitchen

On the 2nd floor:
- Four double bedrooms with a convertible double bed in each. (One of these bedrooms also has a small adjoining room with a bunk bed for children).
- A newly renovated bathroom, with WC
- A newly built bathroom, with separate toilet next to it.

On the ground floor/garden:
- A large double bedroom
- A toilet with sink (no bathroom on this level)
- A large games room
- A garage
- Additional space for a fridge-freezer, washing machine and garden furniture.

We provide bed and bath linen, included in the price.
