Very sunny slope allowing to discover a panorama on the great summits and the visit of one of the most typical villages of Couserans.
The tour of the Mails des Morères is one of the most suitable routes for learning to hike (snowshoes)
From Castillon-en-Couserans, take the D4 to Sentein. You pass in front of the church to follow the D704C for 2 km to Antras.

Due north, go up the central street which turns into a stony path. At the first fork, leave the Irazein path on the right to go straight ahead, then turn left. After the rocky gorge, leave the two paths on the left to go straight ahead. Then turn left to reach the fork for the Biros tour (red and yellow) and then right to reach the

You can admire the view of the Calabasse and the Pic de Nédé.
You go back to the right (red and yellow marker) and enter the forest, cross a limestone range through the breach of the
Mail de Laroque 1 h 30 1397 m
Here you will discover the Bellongue valley to the north.
Slightly to the right, the path goes down to join a forest track which you follow to the right towards the East. Further on, turn right at the fork. The track joins the path to soon exit the forest. You are under the Col des Morères. The markings take you to the right via a good path, pass in front of the Couledoux cabin (water point on the right) and you reach the
Col des Morères 2h30 1553 m
Admire the Mont-Valier massif to the east.
Descend into the indentation of the pass, the path ends at the bottom of the marshy cirque and at the
small pass (weir of a small stream) 2h45 1450 m) hut 30 m on the left)
Leave the Biros tour on the left to take the path on the right towards a stone wall below. Go to the right, then after a few turns, you will cross a meadow before turning left at full slope. The yellow markings lead you on a good path to find the route of the climb. On the left, you return to
