La Maison du Valier – Restaurant

Alexandre and Pauline will welcome you to the large restaurant room overlooking the Ribérot stream or to the terrace of the gîte for your meal.

The cuisine showcases local and seasonal produce, carefully selected to delight the taste buds: local charcuterie, Bethmale cheeses, mountain dishes and homemade desserts, all accompanied by Ariège wines.

The restaurant will be open every weekend from April to October for lunch service.
