Le Boréal is a hotel restaurant located on the departmental road between Foix and Saint Girons, making it ideal for a stopover during a long (or short!) trip.
The restaurant offers traditional world cuisine, based on French methods and fine local meat, but also with occasional touches of Indian, Asian, or other flavors, and a good vegetarian selection as well. Everything is homemade, from the broth and veal stock to the pastries.

The hotel offers 9 cozy and carefully decorated rooms and the 7 chalets provide relaxing privacy in the green setting surrounding the swimming pool.

Le Boréal also offers themed evenings with live music, poetry readings or short theatrical moments.

This establishment is ideal for meetings lasting several days and hosting corporate committees, weddings or other large groups.

Pets are allowed for those renting a chalet, provided the animal is supervised and does not enter the common areas (restaurant, poolside areas, front terrace). A deposit will be required.
